How to Use AI Question Creation

Create study cards and multiple-choice questions from images, pasted text, word lists, or direct instructions. Review the result before saving.

1. Choose a creation method

Pick the method that matches your source material. Image input works well for textbooks and handouts. Word-list import is useful for prepared term lists. Pasted text works for copied articles or OCR text. Direct instructions work when you want AI to create questions from a topic.

2. Set the question options

  • Choose the AI model level based on the balance between quality and ticket usage.
  • Choose the card type: multiple-choice quiz, term flashcard, or quiz-style flashcard.
  • Turn explanations and automatic tags on or off as needed.
  • When using direct instructions, specify the desired difficulty and conditions.

3. Review and edit the results

Generated cards should be checked before saving. Edit wording, remove weak questions, adjust folders, and add tags so the cards match your study goal.

  • Use Edit to fix individual cards.
  • Delete duplicate or low-quality cards without hesitation.
  • Treat AI output as a draft and adjust it to your own study style.

4. Use bulk import for prepared data

If you already have many terms or quiz rows, use bulk import. It is faster than creating each card one by one and works well with spreadsheet data.
